. A binding between you the client and Arnolubi Safaris and Tours comes into existence when we receive your booking request and payment for your booking.

PRICES.

All prices are in US dollars (US$) per person. Prices are based on costs at the time of publication. In creating your desired tour and itinerary, we may use independent suppliers. We reserve the right to change published prices at any time before booking is confirmed. In case the prices increase unexpectedly for more than 5% ( for entry fees, fuel, etc), we reserve the right to adjust the rates. We are under no obligation to give breakdown cost involved in any tour packages due to unexpectedly adjustments.

 4X4 Toyota Land Cruiser with Pop-up roof for Game Drive and Minivan for Airport transfers.

PAYMENT METHOD.

As always we ask our clients for a 50% deposit fee of the total booking value in order to confirm your booking. Upon making a reservation we will send you details of how to pay. This can be a payment link through a payment provider or sending you our Bank details or make an alternative arrangements like paying on arrival in cash.

CANCELLATION POLICY

. If it becomes necessary for you to cancel your booking, you must notify Arnolubi Safaris and Tours immediately. Cancellation will take place upon receipt and acknowledgement of the client’s cancellation request. Cancellation of bookings with the Company will incur the  following charges. A minimum of 24 hours notice of any cancellation is required to avoid cancellation being charged. If you cancel with 24+ notice, you will receive a 100% refund. Cancellation with less than 24 hours and no shows will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.

DATE CHANGES.

Once you have booked a tour, you can change the date within 24 hours notice.

GROUP BOOKING ( 4 OR MORE).

A. 7 days notice is required if the entire group is cancelling to avoid cancellation charges. For Multi day trip we require a 14 days cancellation notice.

REFUND POLICY.

Trips cancelled by Arnolubi Safaris and Tours for any reason ( insufficient number, bad weather, unavailability due high water, etc) will be refunded in full, if an alternative trip/date is not suitable.

Rhino Walking Safari.

Age limit for Rhino Walking Safari is 12 years old as per National Park regulations.

WAIVERS.

Everyone is required to sign a liability waiver. If anyone in your group is under the age of 18 years the waiver must be signed by a parent or guardian.

ALCOHOL AND DRUGS.

The consumption of alcohol or illegal drugs before or during your walking safari and game drive or any other trips you take with us is prohibited.

DANGEROUS BEHAVIOR.

Please listen and obey your guide. Arnolubi Safaris and Tours guides are extremely well trained. They want you to have great fun, but they also want everyone to be safe. Arnolubi Safaris and Tours reserve the right to remove any individual.

DOCUMENTS.

Clients need to carry documents required by the authorities.

When visiting Livingstone, Zambia, we advise traveller to obtain a KAZA VISA that will allow you to travel feely between Zambia, Zimbabwe and Botswana for a Chobe Day Trip. Visa application can be done prior to travel online or at first point of entry. Please be encouraged to bring cash for Visa payment in the event that the credit card machine are not working at the time of arrival. Parents traveling with Children are required to carry a Birth Certificate for their Children. If in any case one parent remains, an Authorization letter is required.

INSURANCE 

It is a condition of booking with Arnolubi Safaris and Tours that each and every guest be adequately covered by comprehensive travel and medical insurance

CANCELLATION BY DUE TO UNAVOIDABLE AND EXTRAORDINARY.

1. You have the right to cancel your confirmed itinerary before departure without paying a cancellation fee in the event of unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances. Occurring at your holiday destination or it’s immediate vicinity that are not known about at the time of booking that significantly affect the performance of the booking or significantly affecting the transport arrangements to the destination. In these circumstances, we shall provide you with a full refund of the monies you have paid , but we will not be liable to pay you any additional compensation.

2. Please note that your right to cancel in these circumstances will only apply where the foreign and commonwealth office ( in UK) or equivalent government body advises against travel to your destination or it’s immediate vicinity for the purposes of this clause “unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances “ means warfare, acts of terrorism, significant risks to human health such as the outbreak of serious disease at the travel destination (Excluding Covid – 19) natural disasters such as floods, earthquake or weather conditions which makes it impossible to travel safely to the travel destination.

FORCE MAIJEURE.

1. Except where otherwise expressly stated in these terms and conditions if either party is prevented or restricted from carrying out all or any of it’s obligations for the cause beyond the reasonable control of that party ( Arnolubi Safaris and Tours or guest) , the affected party shall be relieved of it’s obligations during the period of that event.

2. Arnolubi Safaris Tours and will not be liable to pay the Guest any compensation or refunds if our contractual obligations to you are affected by “Force Majeure”

3. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, Force Majeure means any events beyond our, our supplier’s or the Guest’s control, actual or threatened, the consequences of which could not have been taken. Examples include warfare and acts of terrorism ( and threat thereof), civil strife, significant risks to human health such as the outbreak of serious disease at the travel destination, pandemics or epidemic ( Excluding Covid – 19), or natural disasters such as floods, earthquake or weather conditions which make it impossible to travel safely to the travel destination or remain at the travel destination, the act of any government or other national or local authority including port or river authorities industrial dispute, labour strikes, airport or lock closure, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, chemical or biological disaster, changes of schedules or operational decisions of the air carriers, unavoidable technical problems with transport and all similar events outside our or the respective suppliers control.

4. The only Force Majeure excepted relates to the current Covid – 19 related travel restriction . This Force Majeure excepted will only apply while Covid – 19 travel restrictions exist.

SPECIAL REQUEST IN MEDICAL CONDITIONS AND DISABILITY.

1. We are not adequately equipped to deal with Guests requiring special needs, but we will do our utmost to cater for any special requirements you may have if you or any member of your party has any medical problem or disability which may affect your booking, please provide us with full details before you make your booking so that we can try to advise you as to the suitability of your chosen arrangements. We may require you to produce a doctor’s certificate certifying that you are fit to participate. 2. Acting reasonably, if we are unable to properly accommodate the needs of the person’s concerned, we will not confirm your booking or if you did not give us full details at the time of booking, we will cancel it and impose applicable cancellation charges when we become aware of these details.

COMPLAINTS.

1. We make every effort to ensure that your arrangements run smoothly, but if you do have a problem during your trip, please immediately inform the relevant suppliers most senior person available ( e.g. our regional manager ) who will endeavor to put things right.

2. If your complaint is not adequately resolved, please cancel the tour or contact the Arnolubi Safaris and Tours marketing Director responsible for your itinerary so that he/she can immediately resolve it as soon as possible.

3. If the problem cannot be resolved and you remain unsatisfied with the way your complaint has been handled, you must send formal written notice by email detailing your complaint to us within 2-5 days of the end of your stay, giving your booking reference and all other relevant information. Please keep your letter concise and to point. This will assist us to quickly identify your concerns and speed up our response to you. Failure to follow the procedure set out in this clause may affect ours and the applicable supplier’s ability to investigate your complaint and may affect your right under this contract.

4. After the investigation has be concluded, a 50% compensation will be issue and this has to be of a specific tour/activity you had undergone.

JURISDICTION AND GOVERNMENT LAWS.

1. The parties unconditionally consent to the relevant court (s) within the applicable Jurisdiction having the authority to preside over any matter (s) arising from this agreement shall be governed by the Laws of the applicable Jurisdiction.
